Delivery and returns

Delivery

We deliver across Kampala by boda, to Wakiso, Mukono and Entebbe, and to upcountry towns by courier or bus parcel service. You can also pick up your order at Shop C08, Reed Complex, Kiwatule Road, Ntinda, Kampala.

You can follow every order live on its tracking page, from payment to delivery.

Paying

Pay with MTN Mobile Money or Airtel Money to our merchant code, shown after you place your order. In Kampala you can also pay cash or MoMo on delivery. Gift orders and upcountry orders are paid before we send them.

Returns and refunds

Please check your model when it arrives. If it is damaged or is not what you ordered, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours with photos. We will replace it or refund you to the Mobile Money number you paid from.

Because many of our models are single pieces, we cannot take back a model that has been unboxed and is in good condition unless we agree to it first.

If we cancel your order, for example because a model sold out, we refund the full amount within 2 working days.
